We will be learning this through an in-depth look at the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating!

In this intimate, interactive women’s workshop, we will get clear on what you need to let go of, and how to let go of it. We will also be finding out what your new health and emotional goals are, and creating a plan on how you can be successful entering the new year!
