I am a certified Health & Life Coach, Spiritual Guide and Healer with a background in Ayurvedic Medicine, Whole Food Lover, Health Enthusiast who helps women break unhealthy (and subconscious) patterns and become more intuitive about their body through a sustainable holistic approach.
