Parmesan Cheese is one of those ingredients that I must have in my house…always!! I sprinkle it on pasta, salad, rice, veggie…. it gives that last finishing touch that makes dishes taste delicious!
However, our family lives a plant based diet and I feel like we need something to sprinkle on top of our meal!!
