Soul Healing Session

You may choose between a Soul Healing Session or a Subconscious Reprogramming Session. Oftentimes, you will receive a mix of both in the same session to fully provide healing at a deep cellular level. 

SOUL HEALING SESSION is distinctive form other types of Energy Healing in that Sara is skillfully capable of moving fluently throughout the human energy field to clear blocks and restore function. Her work is contactless and therefore includes accessing an energetic “hologram” (vibrational representation) of the physical body. 


Another significant focus of Soul Healing is on the emotional and spiritual influences trapped in the body which may contribute to the patient’s illness and subsequent recovery. This Session helps reveal the energetic interrelatedness of all aspects of health and well-being.

SUBCONSCIOUS HEALING. Based upon the principles of RIM (Regenerating Images in Memories), this session is a revolutionary whole-brain method, grounded in neuroscience, that naturally processes emotion. Working first with raw emotion, rather than thought, RIM allows for profound change at a cellular level. RIM is a transformational, verbal technique that quickly and easily releases stuck negative emotional memories and regenerates them into positive ones. RIM is used by psychologists, coaches, therapists, counselors, social workers, and other helping professionals.

The CHALLENGE - you might be working against a competing thought or limiting belief that lies at the subconscious level! And with its 95% computing power and the emotions to back it, the subconscious belief will ALWAYS win.

#2 ROUTE - is for those who are impatient like me. Those who are ready to be done with that old way of being that has been holding you back for years, perhaps decades.
